And also if literally FUN to use . I however prefer to use it for a variation of HAMMER CURLS with a pulley. Its much more strength effort for the target wrist muscles („raiser”) while simultaneously training arm flexors AND surprisingly also a HARD ISOMETRIC exercise chest and subscapularis (because this way you apply the „side pressure” force from left and right hand side at the same time in order to keep the „toy” in your grip without rolling, while you EXERCISE YOUR GRIP DIFFERENTLY than other attachments offer). Really nice variation for all those boring single dimensional „raiser” exercises and definitely could become a benchmark in armwrestling performance if it became more popular. Remember I am talking about pulley hammer curls, not about the exercise which it is advertised as.

The equipment I received in my first order has added to my day. I like the thumb seesaw as it sits nicely on a bench in a high traffic area in the house which makes it easy to do a drop set throughout the day. The smaller wrist roller is excellent and a lot of fun to us. All the equipment I received has slipped easily into my day to day routine.
