De hele dag door ben je aan het knijpen. Aan de pull-up bar, tijdens het bankdrukken, met onze gouden grippers, etc. Dit vraagt om balans. Het is namelijk belangrijk om ook antagonistische spieren te trainen en dus met regelmaat het openen van de hand te trainen.

Om deze reden zijn wij met onze vinger elastieken gekomen, waarmee je precies het tegenovergestelde doet van knijpen: extensie. Dit is goed voor een gebalanceerde onderarm en speelt ook een grote rol bij het voorkomen van blessures aan de onderarm, zoals tendonitis.

Good idea, inconsistent coloring

I bought 2 packs so I can do both hands at the same time. Guess what, the colors dont match in the 2 packs. So light blue in one of them is much heavier than in the other, also the dark blue also the black. So i can't use them both hands cause I have no idea about their resistance level and don't want to build inbalances. Shame..

Golden Grip is def worth your time! Get the strength you always needed!

Thanks for your review Erik! It's a delicate trade-off that has to be made for this product - between resiliency and resistance. Since only silicone material will be able to provide the elasticity that's required for the exercise, we can't make the silicone too thick and resilient, otherwise the resistance would be way too high. Therefore, it has to be made a bit thinner, so that your fingers have enough strength to use them.
