I am very pleased with the quality of v- bar riser, I have only used it a few times and feel is is going to be a big part of my routine.
I contacted the support team multiple times within the 30 day window to return my item and got no response. What's the point of a 30 day return policy if we can't even use it?
Hi there, sorry to hear about your experience! You are totally right here, however it was caused by a simple detail. You had sent an email to our old customer service mail 'support@goldengrip.com'. This email address we had to change a few months ago, due to some technical issues that sometimes caused emails to not come through. This old email is checked less frequently, and is still experiencing some issues.
Because of this, we switched to a new email for customer service 'info@goldengrip.com'. This email should show on all our channels as our customer service email, and will always get you a response within 1 business day.
