Dit unieke apparaat is een geweldige manier om pronatie en supinatie te trainen.
Het mooie aan de Barbell Pronator is dat alle spanning van de biceps wordt weggenomen en volledig wordt overgebracht naar de pronator teres en supinator spieren. Hierdoor kun je deze kleinere spieren volledig isoleren, zonder dat je je zorgen hoeft te maken over vermoeide biceps.

Plaats simpelweg de holle huls over één kant van een halterstang, bevestig wat gewicht aan de strap, en laat de gains maar komen!

Great item of high quality, versatile training with good isolated muscle activation

Good little piece

I paid 2k for a rare Cybex forearm machine but the sale fell through due to a difficult seller. Ended up buying this. Very good. My only criticism is that it doesn't come with a pin / hook / base to attach the weights. It would be good to see a newer generation with different handle thicknesses as this is a very fat handle and the weight distribution is in the center. Would be good if the handle ex
tended out so the weight distribution could be top loaded as well. Just a thought, but it's definitely good and really makes a difference in my forearms, is easy to use and very portable, so can take to the gym in a bag if no barbell at home. I actually use it attached to a piece of equipment at home rather than a bar.
