Overall, its good. I have a masters in Kinesiology and Batchlors in Biomechanics. I have been in the fitness industry for 30 years now. I would recommend the making the strap attachment in line with the hand that way it is the same staring point and distance when using both arms. It is a different starting point form right to left arm because off the placement of the handle and strap placement, thus causing different loads and range of motion form one arm to the next. Also, mine is not welded square there is an offset in the handle and the big metal ring which also causes and a tad and does cause some issues with the strap staying lined up with the ring. Again, overall, a nice piece of equipment material is good quality, just some areas in production to improve on... Maybe I got a one off.. who knows if so, I would exchange it. I might not recommend it at this price for the two reason I mentioned above, if those were not issues then this would be an easy 5 star.
