- Laat de attachments volledig weg om een open ruimte in de tafel te creëren – ideaal voor backpressure training, omdat je de pulley nu in de laagste positie kunt gebruiken zonder dat de kabel door de tafel wordt geblokkeerd.

Great product! Easy assembly, high quality materials and most importantly a smooth pulley!
Spinning the table to hit different angles is super smooth and easy, and attaching and detaching the different table modifications is super easy!
The only downside is the weight plates that come with the pulley system. It only equals to around 30kgs. Golden grip have solved this by adding weight rods where you can add 50mm plates. I would love a bigger fixed weight stack.
This is basically a perfect armerestling product! When I get more money I will definitely be buying more of these!
